Overview

This online store is operated by Instakyle Tech Solutions LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as Instakyle's Tech Shop, at 2727 W 43rd St, Unit 213, Minneapolis MN 55410. "We," "us" and "our" mean Instakyle Tech Solutions LLC. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Please don't use the store for anything illegal or to interfere with how it works.

Products and compatibility

We sell phone and device accessories, including cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers and stickers. We do our best to show products, colors and compatibility accurately, but screens and device versions vary. Please check that an item fits your exact device model before ordering. Brand names like Apple, iPhone and Galaxy belong to their owners. Unless a listing says otherwise, our products are not made or endorsed by those brands.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Items can sell out. If we can't fill your order, or a price or description was listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Orders and payment

We may limit or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or exceed quantity limits. Payments are handled securely through Shopify's checkout. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Warranties

We don't offer a store warranty. Any warranty on a product comes from its manufacturer or vendor, and we'll pass it along to you where one exists. Except for that and any rights you have under the law, products are sold as is.

Installation and use

You are responsible for installing and using products properly, including screen protectors and chargers. We are not responsible for damage to your device from misuse, improper installation, or using a product with a device it isn't made for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our store or products, including damage to devices or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Repair services

Repair services at Instakyle Tech Solutions are not sold through this store and are covered by separate terms provided at the time of service.

Content and privacy

All content in this store, including the Instakyle logo, photos and text, belongs to us and can't be reused without permission. How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
