Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship from Minneapolis, MN to:

• All US states, Washington DC, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• These countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders placed by 2 PM Central Time on a business day ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2 PM CT, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed starting the next business day and ship within 1 business day from then. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.

US shipping rates

All US orders ship with USPS.

Estimated delivery after shipping: Economy 5 to 7 business days. Standard about 2 to 5 business days (estimate based on USPS Ground Advantage). Delivery times are estimates from USPS and aren't guaranteed.

International shipping

International rates are calculated at checkout by USPS and DHL Express based on your address and package. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and import fees, which are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Packages refused because of these fees are not refundable.

Tracking

Every parcel ships with tracking, and you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Stickers mailed in a stamped envelope ship untracked.

Local pickup and delivery

We don't currently offer local pickup or local delivery for online orders.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, email hello@instakyle.tech within 7 days of delivery with photos. If your tracking hasn't updated and your package hasn't arrived 10 business days after its expected delivery date, email us and we'll help you file a claim or work out a solution. Stamped sticker mail is untracked. If it hasn't arrived and you tell us within 21 days of your order date, we'll replace it once for free. We can't offer refunds for untracked mail, and we can't replace it after 21 days.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or lost because the address entered was wrong or incomplete, you'll need to pay the cost to reship it.
